Joseph L. Naegele has been practicing law for over 33 years. He is a graduate of Bellarmine Preparatory College, UC Davis and UC Hastings School of Law.
He specializes in Estate Planning and has helped hundreds of individuals and families create the estate plan that is right for them. He also has extensive experience counseling businesses and Start Ups.
Joseph has served as a Judge Pro Tem for Santa Clara Superior Court since 1985. He has helped resolve hundreds of disputes involving business law, family law, employment law, Personal injury, Real Estate and General Litigation.
Joseph L. Naegele was Adjunct Professor of law at Lincoln Law School from 1985 – 1988, Adjunct Professor of law at Santa Clara University since 2006.
